Welcome to our terms of trade

 

Payment / Pricing

All prices in DanishBike.dk are in Danish kroner and include 25% VAT.

You can choose from the following payment methods:

  • Dankort (danish costumers only)
  • VISA 
  • Eurocard / MasterCard
  • Paypal

There is no charge for payment on DanishBike.dk. The payment system that we use at Danish Bike.dk meets all safety requirements and is approved and certified by PBS. All communication between our payment system and the card holder takes place via a secure encrypted connection.

No one at Danish Bike can see card information (card number, expiry date and check code) that you enter in connection with the payment. Therefore, we are also unable to withdraw extra money in your account if, for example, wants to supplement an already placed order with one or more items. Instead, we may ask you to place a new order or make a separate payment to our bank account.

Only when the order is shipped from our warehouse will the money be deducted from your account.

It is therefore also possible to cancel your order and thus suspend your card payment before your order has been dispatched and shipped if you wish for some reason. Please contact [email protected]

Invoice will be sent via e-mail in PDF format, unless otherwise agreed.

You must be 18 years of age to shop with us. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent / guardian.

Gift card :

In case you buy gift card, it is valid for 2 years for the time of purchase.

Cannot be exchanged for cash.

In the case of a balance, a new gift card is issued on the amount.

The gift card is sent to us via an e-mail, via a discount code.

 

Shipping:

Order confirmation:
When your order is received in our system, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. In this confirmation you can see what you purchased, your order number and the total order amount. Remember to save or print this order confirmation until you receive your goods. In connection with the purchase of frames, frame no will appear in the order confirmation.

If you do not receive an order confirmation via email, it is probably because the email address you entered is incorrect or ended up in your spam filter.

Delivery:
It usually takes 2-4 business days from the time you place the order until your goods have arrived.

Please note that delivery time may be extended if your order contains items that are not in stock at the time of ordering. When you click on a specific item, you can see the current delivery time for that item. The order will not be delivered until all the goods have been in stock, unless you as a customer state that you want a partial delivery. The additional delivery costs will be charged to you as a customer. Typically, the delivery time will be 1-3 business days when the item is in stock, and e.g. 3-6 business days if the item is (temporarily) in backorder. Also note that there may be different delivery times for different variants of the same item (for example, the delivery time on a size large can be 1-3 business days, while the delivery time on size XXL is 3-6 business days).

In case of delays e.g. because an item is sold out or in backorder, you will be informed by email or by email. telephone.

Ordered items are usually sent as a parcel with Post Denmark. We deliver to Denmark.

Packages over 20kg charged a separate shipping fee

Delivery costs cover postage, packaging and administration.

We also ship across Europe and the tax rate is different depend of the area and weigt of the good, typical we ship with Fedex or TNT in Europe with track and trace, and the shipdate will be 3-4 days in gerneral

Companies that are used for shipping appear in the ordering process that can be changed by freight supplier, in case of larger packages and shipments, this will be shown in the order confirmation.

 

3. RIGHT OF REPRESENTATION AND CLAIM
You have 30 days right of withdrawal and exchange right from the day you received the item (s) or receive the last item in physical possession in the case of an agreement on several different goods ordered in one order and delivered individually. You can also undo or swap a purchase, even if it is a sale item.


You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given at ([email protected] / 42716600 or by using the standard cancellation form. In your message you must clearly tell us that you want to exercise your right of withdrawal.

You cannot regret simply by refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice at the same time.

When returning goods, the following must be stated to facilitate processing:

· Order number
· What size, color or similar to change (when replacing).
· Your bank's registration and account number (in case of delayed purchase). We'll put the money back in your credit card again.
· Possibly. new shipping address (eg if you received the item as a gift)

You must bear the costs of returning the goods yourself.

If you purchased several items from us, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they have been purchased
under one order.

Please note that you will not receive shipping costs if you cancel part of your purchase if it is shipped.

ReturnsYou must return your order to us without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the item. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

Lack of original packaging may be a loss of value, so in order to be able to receive all the money back, it is recommended that the item be returned in original packaging.

Due to their nature, some goods cannot be returned by normal mail. This applies to: Bicycles, Wheels
, pumps.

In the event of an exchange, we will bear the cost of sending the new item to you.


The item is ready when you ship it back

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. In other words, you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not put it into actual use.

If the item is tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the trade value of the item.

Repayment of the purchase amount

 

If you cancel your purchase, you will be refunded the amount you paid us. In the event of any impairment for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted.

If you exercise your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and at all circumstances within 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to cancel this Agreement. We will make such a refund with the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.

 

Please note that it may take up to 7-8 business days for us to transfer funds to your account. Furthermore, it usually takes 1-2 business days from the time we make a transfer, until the money is available in your account.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you have provided documentation before returning it.


In case of a successful purchase, we will pay the full purchase price (the item's price excluding shipping fee) if the entire order is returned. If you return only part of the order, you will be refunded an amount equal to the price of the returned goods.

Returned goods can also be delivered in person at the above address, from Monday to Friday at. 16:00 to 18:00, by prior arrangement.

We do not receive parcels without distribution or parcels sent by mail. COD

For goods sold to other countries, you have to pay the return shipping cost yourself.
